All payments for ReviewResQ are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled.

1. Paddle as Merchant of Record

Paddle is responsible for charging your payment method, calculating taxes, issuing receipts, and processing eligible refunds. ReviewResQ itself does not issue refunds directly.

2. Subscriptions and renewals

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically generate a refund for prior periods.

3. Free trials

If a free trial is offered, no payment is taken until the trial ends. To avoid charges, you must cancel before the end of the trial period.

4. When refunds may be available

Refunds may be granted by Paddle in situations such as:

• Accidental duplicate purchases,
• Technical issues preventing reasonable use of the Service,
• Cases required by applicable consumer protection laws.

5. When refunds are not available

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Dissatisfaction with outcomes or the number of reviews received,
• Failure to use the Service or send feedback requests,
• Incorrect information entered by you or your customers.
