What Messages You Will Receive
When you opt in to ReviewResQ SMS notifications, you may receive messages related to new review alerts and notifications, review response confirmations, appointment reminders and updates, lead notifications and follow-ups, account and security notifications, and service updates and announcements.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification settings. Typically, you can expect 2-10 messages per week depending on your review volume and configured alerts. You can customize notification preferences in your dashboard settings at any time.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. ReviewResQ does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging rates. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
How to Opt In
You can opt in to receive SMS messages from ReviewResQ by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our sign-up form at reviewresq.com, or by providing your phone number during account setup.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any Review Rescue service or product.
How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:
Reply STOP: Text STOP to any message from ReviewResQ. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
Dashboard Settings: Log in to your ReviewResQ dashboard and navigate to Settings to disable SMS notifications.
Contact Support: Email support@reviewresq.com or call us to request removal from our SMS list.

ReviewResQ SMS messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS Service Provider
RVQ INC uses Twilio Inc. as our third-party SMS messaging service provider. Twilio is the registered Communications Platform that delivers all SMS messages on our behalf to the carriers listed above. Twilio's brand registration with The Campaign Registry (TCR) covers the use cases described on this page.
