The agents then learn your specific patterns from the first ten drafts you approve. Most customers tell us the replies sound more like them than their own replies.

Do I have to approve every reply? +

That's up to you. You can review everything manually (most new customers do this for the first two weeks), let Cleo auto-send 5-star thank-yous, or go full autopilot. The one thing that always waits for you: 1-2 star reviews. Those never go out without your tap, no matter what mode you're in.

Is this compliant with TCPA and AI disclosure laws? +
